Managed Hosting

As part of our managed service, we can host services for customers in our Smartbunker data centre.

Wholly owned by Centrinet, the facility provides server hosting and managed co-location from an ex NATO military bunker. The culmination of a three year refurbishment project, Smartbunker provides a unique mix of physical security and state-of-the-art hosting infrastructure that is unmatched.

SAP hosting project and data centre migration – December 2007

Our client, a provider of outsourced Software as a Service (SaaS) based on SAP, contracted with us to move hosting from their existing data centre based in Ireland to our Smartbunker secure hosting facility in Lincolnshire. Centrinet managed all aspects of the move including installation of new IBM hosting hardware, management of server systems and backups, and provision of a managed authentication service.

Now in its second year of operation, this contract has seen significant expansion and has supported growth in our customer’s business that was previously restricted due to limitations in hosting platform.
