Incident management is one of the most important parts of our service. When your system fails at 3am, you need a human being to coordinate a response with your own teams, third parties maintainers and any customers that are affected.

Automated callout systems and pagers / email alerts are no real alternative – only a human operator can identify the seriousness / context of an issue and keep going until all of the relevant people are contacted and coordinated.

Escalation chains and rules (including time based rules) are agreed with every client in advance to ensure that no time is lost contacting the right people first time.

At Centrinet we will follow your incident all the way to a resolution, and will actively monitor and chase the progress of third parties on your behalf.

Disaster recovery coordination is available to clients who have a pre-defined plan. In the event of a whole site loss or critical failure, Centrinet can inform key personnel, your workplace recovery partners and coordinate maintenance / service providers to ensure that you are well on your way to recovery in the shortest time possible.
