As well as monitoring the effectiveness of current systems, we will suggest improvements where we see them. This could include technical configuration, types of reports, or simply the way that we coordinate our service and present it to your organisation.
We believe that constant review and improvement is the way to ensure that we understand your changing needs, and provide a service that is relevant to your business.
Depending on contract type, customers will be invited to routine monthly or quarterly service reviews conducted by telephone conference call or in person.
