Customer Self Service and Online Access
All customers have secure, online access to our ITSM compliant helpdesk system. This allows the creation of incidents, as well as viewing of current and historical incidents and the production of various helpdesk reports.
Customers with monitored systems are provided with access to an online portal with a single global view of their devices, snapshots of network health and the ability to continually drill down to device level to see status, performance, capacity and historical data.
Accessmanager™ customers have online access to a configuration portal which lists all sites, tenant configurations and aggregates data into countries, regions and operating divisions.
